2. When is the draw?

Every prize draw offered, has a close date for purchasing tickets and an advertised draw date for that associated prize. Each draw is guaranteed to take place at the specified time regardless of how many tickets are sold.

3. How are the winners chosen?

Every ticket purchased is given a unique ticket number, this will be sent to you following completion of the transaction.

Draw-Based competitions:

Every one of our Draw-Based competitions, where applicable, can be watched live via a live social media stream or page for everyone to see. We will inform you of which channel to follow us on.

We use a random number generator to determine winners.

We will prove we are live by reading out comments and answering customer queries as we go or by streaming a TV new channel alongside.

If a traditional draw does not sell out and the first number generated is unsold, we will generate a new number until we have a winner.

Instant Win Competitions:

Instant win competitions are won by receiving a ticket number that matches a number on the list of pre-determined prizes. If your ticket numbers match any of the numbers on the list of prizes, you will instantly win that prize! An end prize is classed as traditional draws.

We will always make the prize list visible for complete transparency.

Instant Reveal / Automated draws:

Our Instant reveals or automated draws are similar to traditional draws, but without a live draw.

We use a random number generator, to generate a winning number at the time of the draw.

The winner will be contacted and announced on our “Winners” page.

All of our lucky winners will be invited to be tagged and posted on our social media pages, website. We may even ask you for a short follow up to see how the prize won has changed your life.

4. How do I get my prize?

Firstly congratulations on joining our growing list of winners! Every prize will have delivery details listed which will be one of 3 options; delivery to your home address completely free of charge; in person collection from Prize Draw Time HQ, dependent upon the prize Ts & Cs or via bank transfer to your nominated account.

5. . What is a Random number generator

Some of our prizes will be labelled auto draw, this means that the competition winner will be selected using our lottery integrated. This lottery software will select a winning ticket at random from the tickets sold and the winner will be notified by email if they win.

6. What if a competition doesn’t sell out?

If a [traditional] or automated draw that you have entered does not sell out, the draw will still take place and you will have a better chance of winning than if it had sold out!

Each draw is guaranteed to take place on the date and time shown. All sold tickets are still valid and we will generate a random number until we have a winner.

If there are instant win prizes which have not been won within the time limit of the competition, they will be forfeited, however each ticket purchased into the competition will still be included in the end prize draw, where applicable.

7. Why am I receiving communications from Prize Draw Time?

We like to reach out to our members to let you know about our new prizes and draw results, we promise never to spam your inbox with junk – however if you’ve had enough of our witty banter then please head to the website and change your marketing preferences, we won’t be offended and you can always change your settings at anytime!

9. How do I reset my password on Prize Draw Time

If you’ve forgotten your password don’t panic, just hit the Forgot Password link on the login screen, let us know your email address registered to the account and we’ll send over a link to reset your password.

10. How do I enter a competition?

Step 1. Have a look through our available prizes and pick a competition you’d like to enter.

Step 2. Choose how many entries you’d like using the slider, the more you enter, the more chances you have, then head to your basket to checkout.

Step 3. Log in to your account or create one in seconds if you’re new.

Step 4. Confirm the Terms and Conditions and complete your purchase to unlock your lucky tickets.

Step 5. You’re in! Watch all draws happen, or follow along on social media for live draws.

You’ll receive an email confirmation showing your entries, which can also be viewed at any time in the ‘My Entries’ section of your Prize Draw Time account.

There is also a free postal entry route available – see all the details required on the competition.

Entries must be submitted via first or second class post. Bulk entries are not accepted and if received will count as one single entry. If you wish to enter for free multiple times you may do so up to any limit placed on the number of entries. Each free entry must be submitted separately.

11. How do Bonus / Charity draws work?

Bonus and Charity draws are mini competitions which are drawn in the same way as our automated competitions where the winning number is picked randomly.

Everyone who has a ticket in the competition will be automatically entered into the bonus / charity draw and winners will be contacted via email. Winners will also be shown/announced on the Winners page.

For Charity Draws, you will get to select a Charity that you want to support.
